2 more vid's from the Portugal Presence a few weeks ago in December. The top one is 16 year old Seb Smart. Devoid of any meaningful results I consider Seb to be probably the most naturally gifted under 18 surfer in the UK. And that is in a very strong division with some heavy names. Maybe the most talented since Reubyn! Will he put the effort in to achieve some results in 2009 and challenge Piper, Donachie, Campbell, Butler, Baker, Clinton, Eyre et al? The second is of St Ives' Tassy Swallow. Arguably the hardest working young surfer out there. PR/Media savvy and constant travelling / coaching / learning and spreading good vibes at 14. The results have been a steady climb up the performance ladder. in 2009 will she be Britain's most dominant under 18 girl?
