In 2012 our UK training base is the HIGH PERFORMANCE CENTRE. Based out of the Retallack Resort and Spa we have access to top class training facilities (gym, pool, studio, flowrider etc.) Most classroom sessions take place here and beach work is mobile around the whole of Cornwall.
We're also putting on two seperate squads. One for those not living close to Cornwall and one for those who can access weekly sessions.

The work in the UK is based around a number of specific weekend and week long camps - for example Under 12's, Under 16 Girls, Adults over 25's, Pro Juniors. There are also 2 regular squads that run throughout ther year. On top of this we also train instructors through the ASI program.
